At the onset of her career, Tamara honed her expertise in finance and procurement at prestigious firms such as
Banca Intesa and Delta Insurance. Transitioning to the realm of renewable energy, she played a pivotal role in project development at Sistema Rinova Uno and PWBE.
Venturing into the creative industry, Tamara embraced her passion for innovation, particularly in 3D and 4D projection mapping and audio-visual event management. Her portfolio boasts iconic projects like "Nemanjići," a fusion of Serbian tradition and modern technology, and the multimedia presentation of Novak Djokovic's achievements
on historic landmarks.
Tamara's creative journey also includes spearheading initiatives like "Guardians of History - Kosančić's venac,"
where she revitalized Belgrade's cultural heritage with cutting-edge technologies.
Her contributions extend beyond creative ventures. She participated in the development of new visual solutions for BUSPLUS, the new visual identity of Veletržnica Belgrade, Palilula Market, as well as the organization of events for numerous clients, including: Energoprojekt, Erste Bank, Puls Cardiološki Centar, Institute for Water Management "Jaroslav Černi", BELEF, LiveView Studio, Dadov Youth Theatre, Belgrade Drama Theatre, Traffic Safety Agency (ABS) and others. In the period 2020/2021. In 2010, she worked as a development director at the Block&Roll agency, where she participated in a project to promote the Serbian economy organized by RAS and PKS, as well as providing consulting activities in the preparation and/or implementation of projects for the following clients: UNICEF, OSCE, NIS, LUKOIL, JKP Parking Service, Secretariat for Traffic, Traffic Safety Agency of the Republic of Serbia,
Tourist Organization of Serbia.
Tamara's extensive experience culminated in her founding role at Red Eleven agency in 2019.
